What is GC376 ?

GC376 is an inhibitor of 3CLpro (3C-like protease) with an IC50 value of approximately 1.11 μM for PEDV 3CLpro. GC376 is active against 3CLpro of a variety of coronaviruses

GC376 is used for the diagnosis of cats. The drug GC376 was jointly developed by the University of Kansas and Wichita State University and belongs to the 3C protease inhibitor.
