Main composition : Tilmicosin
Character : This product is a light yellow to brownish red clear liquid
pharmacologic action : pharmacodynamics, tilmicosin is a semisynthetic macrolide antibiotic for the genus temmicoxin. Mycoplasma is strong, and its antibacterial effect is similar to that of tyramectin.
Sensitive gram-positive bacteria are staphylococcus aureus.( Including penicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus), Pneumococcus, streptococcus, bacillus anthracis, swine erysipelas, listeria, clostridium putrefaciens, clostridium emphysema. Sensitive gram negative bacterium has haemophilus, meningitis diplococcus, pasteurella to wait. The activity of actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae pasteurella and mycoplasma of livestock was stronger than that of tylosin. 95% of the haemolytic pasteurella strains were sensitive to this product. Pharmacokinetic absorption is rapid after internal administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (> 2 L/kg). Lung concentration is high, elimination half-life can be up to 1-2 days, effective blood drug concentration for a long time.
Drug interactions:
1)Similar to other macrolides and lincomines, it should not be used at the same time
2)When combined with -lactam, it showed antagonism
Indication : macrolide antibiotics. Used to treat chicken respiratory diseases caused by pasteurella and mycoplasma.
Usage and dosage : mixed drinking , each 1L water, chicken 0.3ml. for 3 days
Adverse reaction : The toxicity of this product on animals is mainly cardiovascular system, can cause tachycardia and reduced contractility
Precaution : forbidden  using during Egg laying period
Withdraw time : chicken 12 days
