Warranty:  The warranty time is one year. Quick-wear part is excluded. When warranty date expires, lifetime maintenance service is provided.

Payment item:  We accept 30% T/T as depsoite and 70% T/T balance before shipment.  

CE certificate:  For most model of machine, it has a CE certificate.

Installation:  We send engineer installatoin for automatic machine, other model machines we send installation video and document for guide.

Shipment cost:  All the price we quote is factory price, if you need CNF&CFR, please contact us sales person.

Q: How to pay? Can I use credit card?
A: You may use the following methods of payment: PayPal online payment, PayPal direct payment, credit card (through PayPal gateway), bank transfer, and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment,Western Union,LC 

Q: How long can I receive the goods?  
A: We will arrange the delivery within 2~5 working days after receiving the deposit or full amount .
If it requires longer time, we will inform you as soon as possible. The shipping time takes about 2 to 4 days by air. 2-50 days by sea depends on different countries.

Q: How to receive my order? Is it safe during shipping?  
A: For the items you purchased, we will arrange shipping by sea or international express delivery like DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order. 

Q: How to get the tracking number of shipment? And how to contact the carrier (express delivery company)?  
A: We will send you the Bill of Lading or tracking number after shipping your items, hereby please keep on checking your email. 

Q: How about the machine installation if I don't know how to install?  
A: We can send engineer who can speak english very good to your country to install the machine for you and give you training so that you can operate the machine well, you are also very welcome to visit our factory for training for free. 

Q: What is Warranty Policy?  
A: We provide 1 year warranty. During the 1 year warranty if any parts have problem, our company will send you replacing parts for free and help you to change the parts. When the warranty expired, We will still give you technical support for free. The only difference is the replacing part no longer free. So, we provide lifelong after sales service to you as long as you use our printer.
