The round baler is a machine used to pick up rams, straw, corn stalks that are gathered by rake, and press into bundles that are automatically bundled with ropes into square bales and round bales.

Small Round   Straw Balers - 4 bale sizes .
850/850F  - pick up width   800mm ,   bale size 50*70cm ,  bale weight 15- 25 kg
870/870F  - pick up width   800mm ,   bale size 60*70cm, bale weight 20- 30 kg
1070/1070F  - pick up width   1000mm , bale size 70*100cm,   bale weight 2 5 - 35 kg

How to choose the appropriate model?
1. According to bale size and bale weight of round balers.
2. According to the type of crop that you will use for mini round baler.
If the baler is used to pick up dry hay, normal model 850 round baler, 870 round baler, 1070 round baler, 1090 round baler are ok.
If it is used to pick up maize straw or wet grass or hope for higher working efficiency, please choose 850F hay baler, 870F, 1070F, 1090F mini round balers.

When picking up long wet grass or corn stalks, the normal baler is easy to block, which often causes machine   breakdown and damage.

Our model F round balers adopt a unique design, the extra part can force feed the material into the chamber secondly so that avoid any jam.

And its working efficiency is 1.5 times that normal model.
 

Ordinary baler uses hydraulic valves and needs to hand down the lever to release the bale, which is very inconvenient.   After a long time of use, the hydraulic valve will rust because of leakage.  

Our latest automatic solenoid valve can release bale automatically, whose main material is   aluminum alloy, not easy to rust.
 

The common roller is made by welding with short service life, whose welding parts are easy to fall off during work, so that brings great safety   hidden danger to equipment and operators.  

Our baler adopts a one-time molding process, not   easy to wear out, without any hidden trouble.
 

We are the manufacturer of round balers and 95% of machine parts are made by ourselves.
