A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, It will take 15 to 30 days after received your deposit. The specific delivery time also
    depends on the detail items and the quantity of your order.
 
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have stock, but the customers need to pay the cost and shipping fee in advance,
    and we will refund all the sample cost in your new order.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. Meanwhile,  We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility.
     We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finish products.
      Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality of our parts.

Q8. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A:  Yes, usually our MOQ is 50 pcs, but less Qty for trial order is acceptable if we have some stocks.

Q9:  What can I do if I could not find the goods on your website?
A:  You're much welcome to contact our sales with specific information (such as OE number, and the images etc),
    or the product drawings, so that we can ask our engineers to check it for you whether we can make the item or not.
