Product Description

Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Complex physical and chemical reactions occur between the steel tube matrix and the molten plating solution to form a tightly structured zinc-ferroalloy layer with corrosion resistance. Alloy layer is integrated with pure zinc layer and steel tube matrix. So its corrosion resistance is strong.

Galvanized coil is based on hot plate, after pickling directly galvanized. Compared with the traditional galvanized sheet, the cold rolling process is less, and has an obvious price advantage. It has  a good prospect of development i n the construction, automobile manufacturing, steel warehouse manufacturing, railway passenger car manufacturing, highway guardrail board, manufacturing and other industries .

Galvanized steel coil   is one of the hot-selling products. It's the cost-effective material, which combines durability and smooth appearance. It's also easy to paint and use. 1. Machinability: It can satisfy the processing requirements of rolling,coiling and others processes alike.

2. Thermal resistance: Common HDG steel plate normally works under 230ºC.and has its color changed at 250ºC. however, hot-dip Al-Zn coated steel plate can sustain the environment at 315ºC for long time.

3. High reflectivity: Reflection ability of heat and light is twice as much as those of hot-dip zinc steel sheet,and its reflectivity is more than 0.70,ex ceeding 0.65 (required by the EPA Energy Star Standard),which is an ideal construction materials of saving energy.
