JIS G3461 Grade STB510 Seamless Carbon Steel Tube
 

JIS G3461 Grade STB 510 Carbon Steel Seamless Tubes  are also known as mild steel pipes and tubes. JIS G3461 Grade STB 510 Tubes  are low-cost Low Carbon Steel Tubes with max 025 % carbon content with combination of 100-150 % manganese easy to form and shape .These pipes are manufactured as per  JIS Specification  and commercially referred as cs pipes or ms pipes.Low Carbon Steel Pipes are not as hard as hig carbon steel pipes,Though carburizing can increase its surface hardness.

Chemical Composition
The tube shall be tested in accordance with 9.1 and the resulting ladle analysis values shall conform to Table 2.

Mechanical Properties
The tube shall be tested in accordance with 9.2 and the resulting tensile strength, yield point or proof stress, and elongation of the tube shall comply with Table 3.
