Sylic® S oft beads CY-9010

Product description:  This product is a special polymer ester compound

Basic traits
Appearance: off-white to light yellow hemispherical
Ionicity: non-ionic
pH value: 7-8 (10% open thin liquid)
Solubility: it can be dissolved after soaking in warm water

Features and advantages
After finishing, the fabric has a smooth, plump and soft hand feeling;
Improve the yellowing resistance of the fabric, without adverse effects on whiteness and shade;
After compounding, the viscosity is low, it is convenient to use, and has a good cost performance.

Scope of application
Hand feeling finishing of cotton, linen, rayon and their blended fabrics and garments.

Reference dosage
Padding method:
20~50 g/L (10% 9010 dilute solution)
One dip and one rolling or two dip and two rolling (remnant rate 70~90%) → drying tentering

Dipping method:
3~8% (o.w.f) (10% 9010  diluent)
Bath ratio: 1:8~15 Temperature: 30~40ºC
Soaking for 20-30min → dehydration → drying and tentering.

Chemical method
Add the soft beads to warm water, gradually increase the temperature to 70-80°C, and stir thoroughly until they are completely dissolved.

Package : 25kg/bag.

Store
Waterproof, anti-extrusion, stacking height should not exceed 8 layers, temperature should not exceed 35ºC, and a cool place for one year.
Suggestion: It is best to use up the dissolved emulsion at one time. If it is not used up, it must be kept tightly closed.
