Product Introduction 
The organic fertilizer production equipment is composed of organic fertilizer fermentation tipping machine, fertilizer crusher, mixer, organic fertilizer granulator, organic fertilizer dryer, cooling machine, screening machine, storage bin, automatic packaging machine, belt conveyor and other equipment. Processing organic materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw and rice husks, biogas sludge, kitchen waste, and urban waste into organic fertilizers can not only reduce environmental pollution but also turn waste into treasure
Product Working Principle 
1. The ground tipping machine, or slot type tipping machine, does not need to build a slot. Instead, the material is directly stacked into strips and a wheeled tipping machine is used to ride the span for tipping and fermentation.
Adopting tank type fermentation, according to your production scale, you need to build 1-5 fermentation tanks with a width of 3 meters, a length of 40-60 meters, and continuously input the fermented products into the fermentation tank. By using a tipping machine for tipping fermentation, it can achieve the purpose of water regulation, uniform stirring, deodorization, and dehumidification, which can save a lot of labor. It can also achieve the goal of full ripening.
2. Forklift. Use a forklift to move the fermented organic fertilizer to the semi-finished product storage area, making it easy to handle the fermented organic fertilizer thrown over by the tipping machine every day.
3. Drum screening machine. Sieve the fermented organic fertilizer and separate the large blocks and debris fibers inside, making it convenient for the next step of semi wet material crushing and granulation packaging.
4. Crusher. The large debris and stones in the screened organic fertilizer are separated and crushed, which not only looks beautiful but also ensures the quality of the product.
5. Horizontal mixing mixer. Pre mixing the screened and crushed organic fertilizers can ensure stable product quality, while also playing a mixing role in the production of specialized fertilizers and various compound fertilizers when adding fertilizers and trace elements.
6. Granulator. Crush and stir the material before granulation.
7. Drying machine, cooling machine. Dry and cool the prepared particles.
8. Packaging machine, which directly packages and sells organic fertilizer particles for granulation.
