Hebei Nanfeng Metal Products Co., Ltd is a private enterprise specialized in the research & development and production of metal products. It was formerly known as Heibei Nanfeng Group, which has been engaged in the metal product industry for over 30 years. The company is currently a large scale of stamping production enterprise with 200 million fixed asset, land of 150 mu, more than 300 employees. 

There are over 100 sets of stamping equipments in the company, which can meet the requirement of stamping production from 30 to 600 tons. There are over 60 sets of modern CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC lathe and CNC machining center. There are modern detection equipments such as coordinate measuring machine (CMM), industrial projector and salt mist tester. It owns two production lines of welding and surface treatment. The production achieves the flow service from design, mold processing, production, surface treatment till logistics and transport.
The company owns their team for production research & evelopment, with 5 senior engineers and 25 technicians who have rich research and development experiences of metal products. The product design adopts computer aided system. All the company productions perform the international quality management system standard ISO9001. Bending   is a   manufacturing   process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in   ductile   materials, most commonly   sheet metal .   Commonly used equipment include   box and pan brakes ,   brake presses , and other specialized   machine presses . Typical products that are made like this are boxes such as   electrical enclosures   and rectangular   ductwork .

 

Stamping   (also known as   pressing ) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a   stamping press   where a tool and   die   surface forms the metal into a net shape. Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as   punching   using a   machine press   or   stamping press , blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining.

Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. It is thus a shape transformation process with material retention. The process is considered "deep" drawing when the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter. 
Deep drawing is specially used by automotive industry and for recipes manufacture as could be: crankcase, gas tanks, mudguards, suspension arms, container lids, cups, bowls, containers, tanks, fire extinguishers, back cover for spotlights, kitchenware, bearings…
