Product Description
Spiral pipe, also known as spiral steel pipe or spiral welded pipe, is made by rolling low carbon structural steel or low alloy structural steel strip into tube blank at a certain helix angle (called forming angle), and then welding the pipe seams. It can produce large-diameter steel pipe with narrow strip steel.

Production process
(1) Strip steel coil, welding wire, welding flux. Before investment, strict physical and chemical tests shall be carried out.
(2) Single wire or double wire submerged arc welding is adopted for butt joint of strip steel head and tail, and automatic submerged arc welding is adopted for repair welding after being rolled into steel pipe.
(3) Before forming, the strip steel shall be levelled, sheared, planed, cleaned, transported and pre bent.
After the goods are produced, they will go through strict inspection and approval.
When all steps are ready,they will be ready to be packed.
After packing and then transported to the port .
