The raw materials for the early stage of organic fertilizer production need to undergo pre mixing, fermentation, maturation, and sedimentation treatment. The feces are dehydrated in the treatment center and then fed into the fecal sewage tank. After being stirred by paddle or spiral belt mixers, they are transported into the fecal material warehouse by a spiral elevator. The auxiliary materials such as straw are added to the auxiliary material warehouse, and then transported by the conveyor belt to the double spiral mixer to add bacterial strains. After stirring, the small amount (10-20 cubic meters) is transported to the fecal rapid fermentation treatment machine, After treatment, it enters the sunlight room and is flipped by a flipping machine to make it mature. It is then transported to the sedimentation workshop as an organic fertilizer raw material; The large amount is transported to the organic fertilizer fermentation tank, and after treatment, it is directly transported to the sedimentation workshop as the organic fertilizer raw material, which is fed into the variable frequency variable speed feeding silo using a loader; Conveyed by a belt conveyor to a vertical crusher for crushing; Transport to the drum vibrating and screening machine for sorting raw materials, and return raw materials above 1.5mm to the crusher for further crushing; Qualified raw materials below 1.5mm are transported to the granulator, and the raw materials are formed into circular particles through a disc granulator or a new granulator. After being dried and cooled by a dryer and a cooling machine, they enter a three-level high-speed rounding machine; Transport to the grading and screening machine for particle sorting, return small particles to the granulator for further balling, and transport qualified particles to the organic fertilizer quantitative packaging machine for weighing, packaging, and storage.
