Clindamycin phosphate is a semi-synthetic derivative of clindamycin. There is no antibacterial activity in vitro, and it is rapidly hydrolyzed into clindamycin into human body to show its pharmacological activity. Therefore, the antibacterial spectrum, antibacterial activity and therapeutic effect are the same as clindamycin, but the fat-solubility and permeability are better than clindamycin, which can be taken orally, intramuscular injection and intravenous drip. It mainly has strong antibacterial activity against G+coccus and anaerobic bacteria. Compared with lincomycin, its antibacterial effect is 4 to 8 times stronger, its absorption is good, its bone concentration is high, and it has a good effect on anaerobic infection. After entering the body, the product is quickly hydrolyzed into clindamycin under the action of alkaline phosphatase in the blood. It is mainly metabolized in the liver and excreted through bile and feces, and partially excreted through urine.
