OVERVIEW
AT527L adopts high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor-controlled miniature benchtop instrument for automatic real-time detection. The instrument uses a 4.3-inch true-color LCD display, which is operated by full touch, providing a brand-new instrument interaction experience.
The instrument can test 0.0001mΩ~30Ω resistance, 0.00001~60.0000V DC voltage, resistance 33000 display digits, voltage 600000 display digits. AT527L has the characteristics of high precision, high resolution and high speed measurement at the same time, providing 0.5% resistance accuracy and 0.01% voltage accuracy, and the measurement speed can reach 55 times/second.
The instrument is used for professional sorting function. It is equipped with a Handler (PLC) interface as standard, and independently outputs resistance HIGH/IN/LOW signal and voltage HIGH/IN/LOW signal, which can fully cope with high-speed automatic sorting system to complete automatic assembly line test. At the same time, the enhanced IO signal can directly drive the power relay and signal relay.
The instrument has built-in RS-232C interface and USB-232 interface. The instrument comes standard with general data acquisition software, with its own database function and Excel export function, which can be effectively used for remote control and data acquisition and analysis.
The instrument uses enhanced computer remote control command set of Anbai Instrument, compatible with SCPI(Standard Command for Programmable Instrument) and Modbus Protocol(Modbus has become national standard GB/T19582/2008). It is used in automatic sorting system to fullfill full automatic assembly line inspection, capable of remote control and data collection function with high efficiency.
Adopting new and improved designed AC resistance test pinciple, it can be used for almost all battery internal resistance test, including various type of assembly line spection of Lithium battery, Lead acid battery, button battery.
