This instrument can test 0.0001mΩ~3.3kΩ resistance, 0.00001V~1000.000V DC voltage, maximum resistance 31000 display digits, and maximum voltage 600,000 display digits. The AT527/527B combines high-precision, high-resolution and ultra-high-speed measurement with 0.5% resistance accuracy and 0.01% voltage accuracy up to 60 times per second.
