1. SX-NiAL basic coating wire
(1) composition: 5% Al+95% Ni ,
(2) diameter: 1.6mm,2.0mm,3.2mm
(3) performance and end use: Nickel-aluminum -base materials,which are pre-alloy for arc spraying process.The bonding strength is above 55MPa
2. SX-601 corrosion resistant alloy wire
(1) composition: 40-45%Cr,≤4%Ti,others are trace ,Ni balance
(2)diameter: 1.6mm,2.0mm,3.2mm
(3)performance and end use:it has excellent performance in anti high temperature oxidation,SO2,H2S corrosion and thermal corrosion resistance
3.SX-801 wear resistant powder cored wire
(1)composition: 66% iron+34%ceramic
(2)diameter: 1.6mm,2.0mm,3.2mm
(3)hardness:more than HRC55, working temperature can reach 800 degree
(4)performance and end use: the coating made by this powder core wire has very high Rockwell hardness(≥60HR30N) and wear resistance

1) composition: 99.99% zinc ,
(2) diameter: 1.6mm,2.0mm,3.2mm
(3) performance and end use: widely used for arc spray machine , to improve wear resistant ,corrosion resistant of the workpieces, or to repair the broken workpieces
