GH1131(GH131) Introduction:

GH1131 is a high-performance iron-based superalloy compounded by solid solution strengthening with tungsten, molybdenum, niobium, nitrogen and other elements. The nickel content is about 28%, but its thermal strength level is comparable to that of GH3044 alloy. The alloy has good hot working plasticity and welding and cold forming process properties. The main varieties and main products are cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled medium plate, bar, flat steel and wire. It can be used to manufacture high temperature components of rocket engines that work at 700-1000ºC for a short time and aviation engines that work at 700ºC for a long time at 750ºC.
