PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
YC910-190 AIR JET LOOM

The YC910 series air jet loom adopts an  eccentric beating shaft  which brings better balance and stability function, lessening the intensive body shake to make the ground vibration of the machine reduce 35%.  The DSP system features fast information processing and  transmits , refraining from the signal interference, guaranteeing super-performance at high speed running and energy-saving enhancement capability . The upgraded comprehensive frame-guiding device, using double upper beams, has been installed with supporting plates to safeguard the heald frames in front and back, reducing vibration ensuring stability and lessening the wear and tear of heddle frames during high speed running. YC910 with an increased speed of 20% and a power-saving 40% triumphed to reduce huge electricity charges and purchase cost on air compressor equipment.

It can be used for weaving medical gauze fabrics.

4.Double beam to protect the heddle frames
Upgrading of heald frame guide device, with double beams, before and after adding a heald frame plate,
reduce the machine of heald frame vibration at high speed,
to guarantee the stability of the loom high speed at the same time reduce the wear and tear of the heald frame.
