RF231C Assembly winder Machine
Feature:
Machine merge two to three strands of cotton, wool and blend yarns into one package yarn then take up into bobbins, applied for following equipment e.g.Two-For-One twister machine.

Single spindle single motor drive, setting processing parameter in touch screen. Control system have the function of single spindle drive, electrical length control(single spindle length meter),full package stop motion, electronic anti-overlap, inverter adjust speed, auto stop when yarn breaks and cuts, single spindle reset, data recording, production calculating etc.

Self-weight platen tension control device which can adjust winding tension according to different count. Metal groove cam can help realize high speed winding.
