1. Intended Use: 

  This product is suitable for the collection, transportation and storage of swab samples. The nucleic acids extracted from preserved samples are suitable for amplification and detection.

2. Storage:

 Store at room temperature and stable for 24 months.

3. Swab Collection Method: 

Step 1. Open the package containing the swab.

Step 2 . Take out the swab from the tubepackage .

a) Oropharyngeal swabs:use the swab to cross the root of the tongue to reach the positions such as pharynx
posterior wall and tonsillar crypts, side wall, swab 3 to 5 times to collect mucosa cells; take out the swab gently to
avoid the contact with the tongue, horst, oral mucosa or saliva.
b) nasopharyngeal swabs: gently insert the swab head into the nasal cavity and gently scrape the cavity wall in
the nasal cavity.

Step3. Return the swab into the collection tube and snap off the swab at the breaking point.

Step4. Label the sample and send it to the laboratory for analysis

   Convenient  packing is also provided to ensure the safety of the goods.
