Stranded Loose Tube metallic Strength Member armored Cable 14-18 Cores GYTZA

Product Description
The fibers, 250µm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The cable core center is a non-metallic reinforcing core. To some cable core, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the non-metal reinforced core. The loose tube and filler is twisted around the center reinforcement core into a compact and circle cable core,   the cable core gap is filled with water blocking filler. After an aluminum polyethylene laminate (APL) longitudinally wrapped and extruded flame-retardant outer sheath into cable.
 

Characteristics:
1. Special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber
2. Full-section water blocking structure, double coated APL moisture barrier   to ensure the cable watertight:
3. Phosphorized wire center reinforcement member has high modulus and corrosion resistance
4. Flame retardant polyolefin sheath has good flame retardant properties;
5. The product service life is more than 25 years;
6. Operating Temperature: -40   ~ +70ºC
