Cyclone desander integrates cyclone and filtration.it mainly used to remove the groundwater and underground water and other solid particles in water, and are suitable for water source heating pump system, central air conditioning cooling water, chilled water system, winter heating circulating water systems and industrial cooling water system. It also widely used in chemical industry, environmental protection, food industry, medicine and many other industrial areas, and it shows remarkable effect in the field of water treatment for sand removal, turbidity and solid-liquid separation.

Fields of application

Mainly applied to water quality treatment and control for the raw water and water supplying, such as: river water, well water desanding, coal washing water, mineral separation, solid-liquid separation, gas and liquid immiscible liquid separation.

It can be widely applied to the water source heating pump system, a heating water, central air conditioning cooling water, chilled water, steel, power, chemical and other industrial and mining enterprises, tap water, sea water, surface water, ground water.

 Installation

1. The cyclone desander should be installed at the main water pipe and be fastened on the foundation support; a by-pass water pipe is needed between water inlet-outlet pipes.

2. In order to keep the water flowing be stable, a straight pipe with the same diameter should be installed before the water inlet pipe, the length is as 10 to 15 times as diameter of water inlet-outlet.

3. During normal working, the water inlet and outlet valve should be open, close all sewage outfall valve and by-pass valve.

4. Discharge the pollutant in period according to the sand content in water, open the drain valve till the clean water flow out, the outfall does not affect the normal water consumption.

5. After the sewage is finished, close the drain valve.

6. If the sand discharge pressure is not enough, the water outlet valve should close.
