            Answer:  For most small items with low value, we can offer samples free of charge, but the corier
                          charge should be on you. If the value of samples is beyound usd20, we will require 100%
                          sample charge and the courier charge is on you.
   
   Question 4: What are your payment terms?
            Answer:  For small orders, we require 100% payment when you place orders. For big orders,
                          50% deposit before production, and balance should be paid before shipment.
