Textile dyeing pretreatment Low-foam Degreasing Penetrant

[Brief Introduction]
Appearance : Colorless to light blue transparent liquid.      
Ionicity:   Nonionic
Solubility : Easily soluble in water
This product is made up of special surfactants with excellent emulsifying, degreasing and scouring ability. It is used for pre-treatment degreasing, scouring and bleaching of polyester knit, cotton knit, nylon knit and blended fabrics.

 Degreasing treatment of nylon and polyester knit fabric
Degreasing agent (Diluted to three times) 1 ~ 3g/L
Sodium carbonate 0  ~ 2g/L
Liquor ratio  1:5 ~ 1:15 , temperature 90 ~ 100   °C, 40-60min

Degreasing dyeing one bath for polyester knit fabric
Degreasing agent (Diluted to three times) 1 ~ 3g/L
Liquor ratio  1:5 ~ 1:15 , degreasing dyeing one bath

Cotton, cotton-polyester fabric scouring and bleaching
Degreasing agent (Diluted to three times) 1 ~ 3g/L
hydrogen peroxide stabilizer   0.5 ~ 1 g/L
Anti-wrinkle agent   2g/L
50%H 2 O 2 1~ 6% ( o.w.f )

[Note]
1.If the storage temperature is <5 ° C, the product may thicken or solidify, heat it to 20 - 30 ° C, stir it and use it as usual.
2.If the storage temperature is >40 °C, the product may be stratified, cooled to 20 - 30 ° C, and evenly stirred, it can be used as usual.
